Hello all :)

Scherk-Collins Sculpture Generator 1.0

Professor Carlo Séquin and his students created a special purpose computer program, called the "Sculpture Generator". This interactive tool can create many different shapes like minimal Scherk toroids in just a few minutes. OK, let's do some play with this awesome tool ! Have fun! :)

The first screen shot shows my desktop and some my shape experiments...

thanks for sharing jotero! :)

good prog to convert between different fileformats:
"3d object convertor" http://web.axelero.hu/karpo/

while you're here jotero: i have a offtopic-question (and thought i ask a pro :) ), do you know a poly-reducer which can handle meshs like stanfords thai-statue? (would be nice to render it in indigo but i guess 10M polys are even too much for the new BIH).

10M should be fine, if you have more than 1GB RAM :)
I loaded the XYZ dragon (7.2M tris), on my 1GB comp.
