Well thats pretty exciting if Apple can pull that off.....but if yes i think it will be only on the Macbook line.
I don't think Apple is already @ the point of replace an i7 Inter in the Macbook Pro.

Hi

Apple purchased in the past companies specializing in the design of the CPU some in Israel where there is a cutting edge research center. iPad, iPhone and iwatch have CPU designed by Apple and optimized for the code of the app. Each year, these CPUs are updated and built by TMSC or Samsung. Tests say nell'iPhone7 A10 this is already higher than Intel i5. I think it's a matter of a few years and then we will also step because excluding MacPro (dead?) all Apple computers are based on the mobile CPU (MacBook, iMac, MacMini) and iwatch.
