Licence reset needed !!! Please...

Post by Ludwolf76 » Fri Jun 25, 2010 7:34 pm

Good morning,

I really need help...my pc motherboard crashed due to electrical problems and I had to change it...the chipset is the same but Indigo tells me that the licence key is invalid and I'm currently running it in free mode... I really need to have my licenced version soon because I have to finish an important render for a customer...how could I get a new one for the new hardware configuration? I didn't have the time to unauthorize the old one due to my hardware problems...please help soon...kind regards...

P.S. My registered email is gilufa@tin.it
P.S. Three days since the email was sent...no answer... :( :( :(

Firstly you might want to edit your post and remove the personal stuff like all the licence details. Never good to post personal info on a public forum.

second try again emailing that info to this email address:
support@indigorenderer.com

To Developer...thank's a lot !!!

To Doug : I already sent the email to that address three times...and as far as billing information is concerning...I don't think that data could be very useful...anyway thank's a lot for your answer and suggestions...maybe you're right...
