These are just on the rendering preview. The saved .PNG wont have those black edges. :)

i think this will come once bidir and some basic material-features as alpha-map and sss are ready  . I prefer this way because for preview i can use other software that can show the current rendering exr-file with zoom, exposure, gamma,...

if an indigo version is released/promoted to larger audience this should be fixed.
it makes a good impression about the worth of the software to see basic things done well imo.
a lot of work already goes into this but the first sight of your image is marred by a poor fit border....
I also support some more controls from the window for the same reason.
just a bit more user friendly and polish
I totally can understand you :)
its so simple and shoud be easely fixed, so why not.
OK, its perhapes as important as the new shoes of my girlfriend,
but it still could be nice even without being important

its not important but gives bad feel to an new user that he used to work with other comercial renderers ect.....its not profesional feeling that gives this black lines...anyway i think is too easy to fix this and is not one of the priorities of nick right now...cool boys....indigo is under construction...right? :)

Big Fan wrote:ok tell me more about your other preview software...
Well for png-files i use the simple XP preview and for exr-files I use photoshop or newly my own programmed exr viewer with zoom, exposure, gamma, camara-raise/fall compensation, ... :D

Black lines, white lines, blue lines, I don't care if they are purple with pink dots on them, the program renders a lot better than most of the commercial ones out there, and besides.....IT'S FREE!!!!!!

Big Fan, no problem, please, don't get the wrong idea....no one is unloading anything on you, you are right, it's Nick's problem if he wants to fix it or not, I just think he's to busy trying to figure out some other bugs that are more important in the program than the look of those sickening ines, what I meant by I don't care what the lines look like it's because they really don't bother me, and I think a lot of users think the same way. Please don't make a big buzz out of it, just render man, and look at the good things in this program, not just the bad ones, it still has a long way to go (I hope), and it's awsome!!!
