I have been trying to get my head around this absorption thing..
cos I have been making some mods to my blendigo variant
and I did a series of renders checking out gamma 1 and gamma 2.2 with the primary colours..
but I get strange results
to me there is some issue with red -
the dark blue it looks purple - perhaps needs 25% more red channel
and there is an odd green bias in the light blue
why is this??
my feeling is that gamma is/is not changing for red(?) or that something is missing or not connected/inverted
the zip is the whole set -not everyone is wrong...
there was no difference between the RGB only gamma
I checked the .igs to make sure the values were correct
it seems to be an issue in Indigo
