[REQ] Deep data support

Deep data (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Deep_imag ... #Deep_data) is something that is being used more and more in VFX pipelines for more compositing flexibility and retention of more scene data across the whole pipeline.

The EXR 2.0 format already supports deep data (https://github.com/openexr/openexr) and it would be very useful for merging Indigo renders with real footage, scan data, other 3d data, etc.

It basically means that multiple samples for each pixel would be kept. This would have to be carefully considered so you don't end up with 1000 samples / pixel and ridiculously large, though one possibility is to merge samples within a certain Z-distance, especially if they are solid samples (no volume).
