Foreground alpha problem

I'm getting dark edges on renders with shallow depth of field. Is this normal?
BTW the shadow catcher doesn't work with spherical camera

Are you compositing or is this straight output from Indigo?
This looks like premultiplied alpha composited as non-premultiplied alpha
