..good old auto-saving render?

..sorry guys: I'm experiencing loads of problems with the new configuration of ongoing render autosave, NOT featuring the autosave of current layers' settings at the image autosave period..

Could be possible to re-integrate the former autosave method?

If the current setting is used to save some RAM, it could always be added as an option, IMHO.
