[REQ] Halt time / spp in GUI mode

A simple suggestion:
In GUI mode, the halt time and halt spp conditions should not stop the render, but pause it. That would allow simple resuming if there is still some noise.
In command line, off course, this should still save image and quit, in order to be able to use scripts for batch queues.
