The material, that the spider is made of is actually water-like (IOR 1.33) - glossy-transparent surface filled with water that scatters light. Here are the old one and new one: The set of renders, where I fixed some issues you helped me to detect - hair thickness and their amount, material, bigger jaws (which, I hope, will hide the lack of the mouth ).
