Hoping that I'll be able to spend some time testing HDRs :D

It's a great looking model, would be nice to see it textured. I think with the render the lighting is good but maybe there's a little too much of the model not in focus.

Very good and clean scene, grass is great, but i don´t like the DOF.

Best Regards.

Thank you guys!
The DOF effect is a little strong, indeed..
But I have to say that the only thing I cared about this image (or series of images) is the lighting: I just wanted to see what mood could be achieved with different HDRs. But you're all right: the DOF is too strong.

Hi Nick: how was your trip?

Very beautiful model and rendering! :D

Small crit on the image it self, it's croped
to tightly. I would have choosen another
aspect ratio. Keep up the great work!

take care

Penso proprio che sia voluta....credo che abbia messo un fuoco sui 5-8 e poi il pick focal molto vicino!

Amazing! very good
like others think the DOF is somewhat exaggerated, I was perplexed with the grass, you can share your technique, if possible.

In advance thank you very much!

Guys, I'm gonna annoy you all a little more with my EXR tests.
This is a different model (..I lost the previous one..........) and this time I applied some really basic materials. The aim is to create a fake atmosphere, so the "grass" is merely thought as a plastic material, like the one they use in some RPGs, and the object is a tiny toy among fake daisies.

So what do you think? More tests to come!
