Surgery :D

Hi!
i felt like doing some surgery objects so i made it and here is the result
it could be used as a wallpaper...
render time 10 hours, model time 25 min.,
(this might be interesting and useful) some post-pro made with GIMP and a free noise reduction plugin called GREYCstoration
(hope it's useful)
tell me watcha think!
