I guess, 'til then, there are even better ones :P
More than half a year is much time for development.

That last sculpture is great :D
I like that colour.
It's just that the Q6600 is going to be halved in price next month, as the Q6700 and Q6800 are coming out :)
It will have a new stepping which will drop the temps down by 10 degrees as well, even better for overclocking

JaMon_3D's Q6600 at 3 ghtz is about where the Q6800 will be for much cheaper 8)

that would be about 6x faster than my P4 2.8c at 3+ ghtz

I get 337 points max in Cinebench on my system the Q6600 at stock speed gets over 1300 with 4 threads... at 3 ghtz it's around 2000...

how many threads did you do the test with?
Have you tried 8 threads seeing as the Q6600 has hyperthreading?

Hello,

I have tried 8 threads but I didn't obtain better figures.
I believe that the Quad Core doesn't have hyperthreading...

another one using NK data file.

Hello,

sorry for my late answer;

For this one, I have used k3dsurf, Silo to add volume and TopMod to create the holes.

Thanks for your kind words!

Cheers,
JaMon
