My kitchen (A bit blurry)

Post by tobak30 » Mon Apr 30, 2007 11:38 pm

After 35 hours of rendering I call it finished. don't wanna render it for ever. t is still blurry. I tried to remedy that with selective gaussian blur and a bit resizing. original is 1200*1000. Modelled in blender and exportet using blendigo.

I would like too thank kram for all the help I have recived with this scene.

What exactly is "blurry" about it?

Why did you try to compensate for percieved blurriness by ... blurring again?

you meant noisy, right?
If you really meant blurry, try to increase f-stop!
You used f-stop 8.

I can't find the problem with the glass-plate....
WHAT THE HELL causes the black pattern???

Soprry I meant noicy, not blurry. my bad. And what black pattern are you talking about kram? If you mean the "frame" thats outside. I changed the camera position a tiny bit to the right before rendering it.

Nope, I know the scene, don't forget that ;)
The outside part isn't black, it's dark gren, as supposed to.

the plate, that looks violet in the blender-scene but is transparent, here.
You clearly can see a black pattern on it...
But maybe, "outside" is correct anyway: it COULD be a reflection from there...
which would mean, that glass in the "door" would help :D

could be a normals issue. recalculate normals outside.

at hte begininning, the room was 55._something_ m high and I reduced it to be 2.4m... But there still can be some problems with the single objecs....
Way less scale-problems than before, however xD

ok, tobak, you're right:
the black thing is the glas infront of the bowl.
it has reversed normals :?

Please select it, go in Edit mode, select all the vericles and press [Ctrl]+[N]
it should work, then...

when ALL the normals are wrong, it's hard to see the mistake :?
