hmm , areal map have quite low resolution , maybe u can make asfalt of the streets with texture
u have some fire flies /white dots / u can cure it with improving supersampling factor from default 3 to 4 and clamp contribution ticked on and max contribution for example 100
maybe u can try tick on optimise for denoising to clear noise from render .
