I tried it, too, and got a new setting, but I guess, I first have to remove some igi s:
My C is close to full, and the data refused to safe

@Kram: what should be tweaked then ? I see it's looping ok...
I did merge the model in blender. However i had to use edge split on the edge to get a sharp edge between smooth surfaces. Maybe there is a better way ?
Id also like to know what Kram meant about tweaking the yellow one ?
I definitely have to look at environment because there are only 3 walls thats why so much of the loop is dark.

Where'd you guys get your blender stl importer? I've googled for a while and haven't come up with anything.

It's bundled with blender... It's number 4 in the import menu..

Haha, it took some time for me to find it too. Very annoying.
Btw, remember to remove doubles in Blender (don't know what you 3ds and maya guys call it) or you might get some strange results.
