Hello!

Two 2080Ti via NVLink is 11GB or 22GB for Indigo?

Has anyone already tested this?

This is a very important question for me now!

Thank you in advance!

I think it will have to be explicitly supported by software.

Nvidia already answered me:

Memory pooling is supported only for certain computing applications. While NVLink can be enabled and peer-to-peer communication is functional, accessing memory across video cards depends on software support. If an application is written to be aware of NVLink and take advantage of that feature, then two GeForce RTX cards (or any others that support NVLink) could work together on a larger data set than they could individually.

Is it very difficult for indigo to embed code using NVLink?

it's becoming interesting - new RTX 2070 SUPER will also support NVlink

NVLink is a very interesting solution! Memory size is the main problem in gpu rendering. The projects that I do occupy from 20GB to 50GB of memory. Sometimes on small projects I can fit in a video card - it's amazingly fast!
