Nvidia Tesla for Indigo Renderer?

Post by DanJ » Mon Sep 24, 2018 7:46 pm

Hi All,

I recently bought a job lot of graphics cards from eBay containing a few Tesla's. I bought them all in the hope of using the AMD FirePro W9100 32GB that was part of the bundle and selling majority of the others.

I was wondering if a Tesla could be set up to work through renders in Indigo, whether it would be worth the time and effort of setting it up or if I should just sell them without trying.

I bought,

2 x K10

1 x K20

2 x K40

I also have a K5200 which I would use as the display adapter.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Dan

I think those Tesla GPUs should work, but Kepler cards aren't that fast for rendering in Indigo.
