Watermarks in render...AND "(trial version") in header?

Post by loosescrew-dulltool » Mon Oct 09, 2017 5:38 pm

Apologies, for asking something that I saw has been addressed before,...BUT...those posts unfortunately did not answer my problem/issue>

I am new to the program. I downloaded the RT version (plugin for Sketchup, on a Win 64 system), Went through license key steps, no problem...all went well, key was accepted.

When I went to run a render....The header at the top says "Indigo Render (trial version)"......I check the Licensing ...and it tells me I am using a "registered version of Indigo" licensed to me. So what is the deal with the "trial version" note in the header bar.

Next problem....I go to run a render....I have watermarks, all over the screen/render. I go up to the "Options > Interface And Render >Watermark" section...the button is "OFF"/not checked....so I should not be getting watermarks.

This is all most annoying...any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

Hi,
Make sure you have Indigo RT installed, not Indigo Renderer (full).

How do I check that?
I used the download provided, when I paid for RT....so I assume that is what I would have installed. License also says it is approved. Would assume that wouldn't be the case if it was the full version.

Thanks.
