I usually get weird results with HDRI when I forget about it's gamma. Make sure it's 1, or 1.1,1.2,1.3.

First option down, let's see what else is there...did you check your white point? Try out different ones, or pick one from the screen. If it's not that, then you could send us your hdri, so the others can look it up, as well. I'll try my best to help you out.

Whitepoint E with linear tonemapping and a HDRI gamma of 1.0 should be the "neutral" default.
(Looks like you are using D65)
Also your HDRi should emit in uniform Spectrum type, and not in RGB or Blackbody.

You are using No.10 of VIZ people HDRI V1, afaik these had been updated some time ago, the new preview is also less "dramatic":

I attached a quick rendering with this (just recently bought during black friday) HDRI with the settings above:

Yes ,you're right !!! I was using the D65 preset , but i don't use Linear,i always use CAMERA in Tonemaping Method 8).

Yes again, Is the file 10 from VIZ people.
Well , i've opened the Hdri in photoshop and the colour light casted from the image seems to be right. I guess the problem is that VIZ People is "cheating" us with their fake scene previews...Unless we are doing something wrong ...

I doublechecked your uploaded HDRI and yes, it is different in exposure and even in rotation.
Using Camera Tonemapping, depending on profile, will alter colouration and contrast of the rendered output,
to stay true to the source Linear is the way to go :)

Sorry dude, but you can't simply upload a HDRI you bought and tell other people to use it just as they like, that is called piracy
The good news is, that VizPeople have released Vol 1 of their HDRIs for non-commercial usage for free:
