--- FRENCH MESSAGE ---

Bonjour,

Here is my tile texture: Image

and my displacement map: Image

I use an area of 5 x 5 meters thick, a standard that I use for the floor in my reports. I smoothed the edges to 90 ° and I use the default settings with 8 subdivision:

With this: Image

Increasing the number of subdivisions does not help me eat unless my 16 GB of RAM.

What is the problem?

Thanks for the english version Xaon.

As you can clearly see your displacement map uses another UVM then your color map!
I'm no sketchup user, so the only thing I can do is link this two tutorials, maybe they can help you:

Bonjour!

I had a few issues with UV mapping for displacement, so wrote a quick tutorial. Hopefully something in this will help.

I followed your tutorial. But it does not work for me. I have explored many possibilities but I can't find a good explanation on why it does not use the UV map on the render.
