Wow, where did you get all those extra buttons on top?

..they're called PLUGINS.

They're little files that you can usually download for free that can augment the existing tool set with new abilities. If you're looking to download some and find out about them, I'd visit the Sketchucation site http://sketchucation.com/ and read a little about them.

Skindigo is a plugin, actually. And you should have that button already, right?

Sorry, I guess that made me sound a little silly. I meant which plugins did you use.
