There is still lot of noise.I guess its because all surfaces (except stairs) are indigo plastic material.Rays bouncing off in different very wide angles,thats why there are still lot of noise

unfortunately I use 3dsmax its the company software where I work :/
Its good software until I dont need pay for it
I used 3 separate maps for wall material. Its a Indigo Plastic (according to u3dreal plugin), maps are in diffuse,specular and bump. Fresnel scale set on 0.75
glossiness = 40
bump = 20
specular = 50 (it means 50% color information would be taken from bitmap and other 50% from solid color, which is set at 015 in gray scale)
