Yup the lamp is certainly nice, however, the galvanized faucet is a far more challenging object!
Making a believable close-up of a somewhat worn and corroded " anything" is always more difficult than nice, new and shiny stuff
Well done on both renders!
Some points of further improvements for the faucet:
- The handle looks a little too small.
-These things are usually cast materials so perhaps a little remaining flash form the casting process on the split line of the mold would be nice.
Question:
Is the worn texture procedural, or texture mapped ?
