Go with direct sunlight, I'd say about a third of the metal star thingy should be covered by shadow. A darker green would look good too. Apart from that, good stuff. :)

hey! really cool scene, but ligthting must be changed.
there are generally too few shadows, it looks a bit washed out..
it will also greatly improve your bumps on the iron things if you light your scene from an lower angle! should look better..

hmm.. you could also try to put an light that shines from vis a vis to the camera, and put a bit of glossiness to your iron engines.. hmm :-)

keep workin, looks promising!

Ok o make some changes....i use sun light instead of hdri,litlle more bump and more spercular to the rotten metals...what u think?

mm I think that you should model better the gear's teeth!
there shouldn't be angles so sharp! try to look at some teeth profiles on google :)
