A small render just for funs, as i dont render as much anymore :P
The wood material is from the online db.

You watermarks are still there, i realy wouldnt waste time on photoshoping that out :P

Hmm sorry about that :/ (I was really surprised that they are almost invisible in your render)

The two things I noticed about it is that it's quite over-exposed, and the handle doesn't seem to meet the pot? That's it for crits though, I love teapot-renders :D

I was about the reply to your PM, thanks for the critics, it is quite overexposed i am a sucker for white highlights :P
And about the watermark thing, i remember this happends to fryrenders watermarks aswell, when the render is quite bright they almost become invisible exept on darker parts, like the base of the teapot it this example :)

I did notice that the handle didnt meet up after i had rendered for a bit so didnt bother to go back xD

Just a silly render, norwegian money, didnt take the time to render it completly noise free, and there is a lot of paper you dont see aswell :P

Glad to hear that, i wish i could render it clean, but there is so much thin sss going on there :P

Send me the cash Stromberg, it can't be that long to render with path tracing alone. The material is a diffuse/transmitter blend is it ?

Yepp, it's a phong blended with a diffuse transmitter.
I did try and render it with mtl BiDr i think, so might be my own fault :P
