Cheesecake
Thanks everyone.
Yeah, I've had a difficult time getting the strawberries to look good. In my previous renders they look too cartoonish. I scrapped the material and started over, using BbB's strawberry mat for the sides (Thanks BbB!). I think these look better.
Anyway, here's an update. The slicer doesn't look that great, so I'll work on that a bit. I'd like to better give the feeling that the scene is in a kitchen, on a kitchen counter (instead of on a floor).

Great work.... even the strawberry's aren't Clones anymore!
The only issue i the dripping Chocolate.... loks like it was put on the cake after the one piece was cut out...
To get a sharper an crispier picture try to use
For Food closeups some DOF blur is maybe nice... To get your picture a more colorful & yummy you can try using color for dishes & Maybe some BG, like these pictures linked for example:

Thanks pixie and ZomB.
Pixie, I'll upload the floor texture to the MatDB eventually.
ZomB, thanks for the suggestions. Instead of dripping chocolate, perhaps it should be smeared down the side of the slice? What do you think would look better?
I haven't really played around with more advanced render settings, but I'll try your suggestion and use those mn_cubic settings you suggested. Thanks!
EDIT: Also, Phr0stByte mentioned that the floor texture was a bit distracting. I might remove it from the floor and incorporate it somehow into the dishes, giving the dishes color.

smeared would mean, it's still quite humid. If it's supposed to be "dry" (fully solid) chocolate, you'd need a broken edge...
You see too much of the floor at once to be able to think, it's a counter...
Either put a (maybe wooden) bar on one site + wall or model a counter-front and stop the tiles so that you can see where it ends....
Most counters (definitely all, so that's just taste) have far smaller tiles... Maybe you want to scale them down a lot? (~2.5*2.5 cm)
