Here is a test that I'm doing for some glassware and jars that I use in my laboratory.
I'm working on removing the facets from the lid and jar. I have some flasks and other misc things to add later.

PhilBo: what kind of lab do you work in?
I've got stuff like pipettes, 96 well plates, etc. already modeled, if you need 'em.

Here is a link to a picture of one the actual jars.
I want to add a bump map to get the glass to look less perfect.
