There you go! That's the kinda thing I'm talking about. :D

p.s. how the heck did you do that?
From uncyclopedia.org, on "Elephant's Dream":

"The choice of the title is highly significant, because while the movie does not feature any elephants nor dreams, no one understands what happens anyway."

O.o
*guessing*
He simply made it that bad in quality, that all the noise is removed.
Additionally, he chose a very confusing position of the glass ball and...
No idea how he did the shadows... Must be a pretty small but extremely bright light source...

Or is it simply ray bounce depth 1 and MNCR 0 ? xD

Nah, I baked the whole lighting of the cornell box into an image in Blender and used that as a textured emitter in Indigo. The Emitter doesn't recieve any lighting, so it looks as it originally did in Blender.
So the only lightsource in this scene is the cornell box itself. Nobody ever said the black areas are shadows, thats my texture. :D

OMG lol
That's also nice... as it's just a texture, you didn't break the rules xD

Two genius pieces, already :D (Though, one didn't find it's way to this thread xD)

I win!!

This is an EXR lit scene + some mesh emitters. I used linear tonemapping and the EXR wasn't bright enough, so I scaled the tonemapping to 1000 instead of adjusting the gain on the EXR. Fine for the EXR, not so much for the mesh emitters.

This is just a cornell box with mirrors on both sides. (notice reflections in ball).
This *BAM* a hand comes out!!! (lol XD)

It's pretty easy to figure out, but if it is done right, it would be a nice idea... I think. :P

Nice cornell.
Though, this one isn't unphotorealistic. Just unrealistic...

I only noticed the lack of arm reflections in the right "mirror" after you showed the viewport.

Its hard to notice the missing reflection, since there is nothing else in the mirror. :p
But on the second picture its obvios.
