Regarding alpha and rendering speed: yes. Regarding polygons: no. Each plant come with 4 LODs... it’s really basic modeled; no thickness here.
Can post a screenshot from C4D...

Thank you Kscore! I do not think the text is as sensual in English as it is in French. it misses the rhymes and it is very very soft, a good text of Gérard MANSET (title: when he was kid (quand il était gosse)), I like IndigoRenderer a lot

New User.

Here's a house in the dry tropics.
Starting to feel more confortable with interface.
-A couple of $ go a very long way for textures.-

Thanks to user @Lal-o for helping me out.

I'd like to get some dirt in the base of those walls... any tips are welcome.

One nuance with caustics, if you add the phong 180 deg tag to c4d. on a diamond - the caustic shoots nicely with the bends of the beam, but the rendering of the diamond itself loses realism. If phong is removed altogether, then the caustic shoots with straight rays and without bends.

Left cpu + Topaz DeNoise 6, and Right gpu mode + stock indigo Denoise:
