Comments : very nice!

Just something that seems strange to me : the background behind the large tree seems not to fit with the mountain background on the left, as if there was an error and two different backplates were used for the two windows. I'm sure it's not the case, but visually it's hard to figure what's the house environment. Maybe there is a mismatch between the lightness of the mountain, the white part behind the tree, and the house interiour. Did you composite or use a backplate, or did you use a HDRI for both lighting and background?

Nice!

I think the light balance is ok the way it is. It might appear off also because the windows on the left have a strong tint or are a bit too thick?

My only complaint would be the needle tree in a southern (northern Italy?) environment, even if it's inside the house.

Is the Sun done separately? It looks nice.

Looks good!
My critic goes for the tree aswell: it looks like a young tree shape for me so it shouldn't be scalled so big. I think for a bigger/older tree, we should see more the trunk and the lower branches should be dead. Another detail is that it seems there's no diference between inside parquet and the tree space floor.

Maybe using a darker concrete material for the outside wall would improve this, it is too overexposed. I did not notice there was a wall there until your modeler screenshot. You could also try changing the envmap orientation a bit?

The interiour is very nice!

The thing I would try to improve is the floor - don't know maybe a better bump but it should use some exponent, at least a little! It just looks too flat to me. But I may be wrong. Anyone else noticed that?

Overall very good! Hope I could finish something like that in a couple of weeks. Damn!

Cheers,

Much better! Just tune slightly down the concrete reflectivity now. Concrete usually has an albedo between 0.2 and 0.5

Also the wood flooring is very shiny, but that's more a matter of taste. I personally like old waxed wood, not glossy ones :)

That carpet looks awesome!
I personally prefer the first render (fin t1) as there are more contrasts. Generally more light sources = flat image.
About the floor, an exponent map wouldn't hurt: If you want to achieve a natural look, some boards should be more shiny than others. (hard/soft wood). If you want super coated wood it was ok in the first renders. As Etienne said, its a matter of taste.
That fir still looks odd to me, try to prune some branches or change it directly :) Do it carefully as it is in the center of the image.
