Complete new textures made in DDO (30min)... more details in texture 16bit, more dirts, more scratches, better 16bit roughness/exponent, apeture diffraction from engine.
5min Bidirectional Path Tracing - before 15min / GPU - 40sec (for now without normalmap - beta).
5% color correction after LUT.

I have a lot question :

I use 3ds max to create scene and next export to Indigo app , but i try render in 3ds max using IndigoMax 0.3.12

but i have some problems ...

1. i see difference when i render with Indigo app , and using IndigoMax i set up the same settings in IndigoMax but ... Light is different when i using HDR in the same rotation and scale... subdiv is different
hmmm strange

A - from max without subdiv
B - from max with subdiv
C - export to Ingido app with subdiv

and you see that HRD is in the same rotation and scale so i dont know what is a problem? any help ? this is problem with indigomax version ? or what ?

I prefer render in IndigoMax :) but sometimes i need to use max ....

Next thing i want render animation and when i using 3dsMax and IndigoMax i can save .exr files when i want and save sequence a.0001 a.0002 ......

I see that i can export all frames (sequence) to .igs and mesh and i can add this to render queue but how setup where save frames from sequence automatically ? ... and how setup to save .exr files ? is very important to me.

hmmm indigomax using old version Indigo SDK ?

Hi Sroka8888, first of all I'd recommend updating to the latest IndigoMax version. :)

http://www.indigorenderer.com/forum/vie ... =9&t=13772

Unfortunately I can't help any more than that as I'm not a 3DS Max user.

Also GPU Rendering doesn't support Normal Maps at the moment, but at least v4 can now mix bump map with a Normal map in CPU mode ;)

ok i know where save image seqence
C:\Users\user\AppData\Roaming\Indigo Renderer\renders any possibility to change this directory ?

ok I know :)

but how setup to save by default no png but .exr ? i dont want change all .igs in notepad :D change <save_tonemapped_exr>true</save_tonemapped_exr>
<save_untonemapped_exr>false</save_untonemapped_exr>

from false to true - I open all files in notepad++ find this line and replace in all files by one click and save all by one click :D so is fast :D

.........

the last indigomax still use odl sdk and in this new version don't work background mode .

It's odd because Blender/Blendigo names the output images just like that (.00001, .00002 etc). How are your files named?

Haha, sweet setup. :)

10 supersamplings seems a bit excessive though, unless you're having a lot of fireflies? Also the transferring time between the network nodes increase exponentially with the supersampling value.

Did you manage to solve your frame output names by the way?

I render Aperture Diffraction - from engine no post process , and i see that bigger value of supersampling help a lot denoise this space noise from metals, glare ,flare ... when you render AD from engine you see on black background a lot of flying noise in spec from some highlights :D you see that all this "effects" really makes in engine in render proces.

I will be try do some test without AD and lower value of SS and see how fast render slave response with this value (now is like you write ).

And i want make a stress test :)

+ 8min for frame is great result. In 1200x
1920x ( 16-20min)

I test one scene with lot of texture and have 50M samples/s :D

Did you manage to solve your frame output names by the way?
No , after render i rename using program.

Mixing normal and bump maps? Missed that. Where, how?
