UUUUUUU didn't know that!
Any chance your wife is looking for some new architects for her office?

Hahaha, you guys are cracking me up!
As for the rendering, I think the foliage is spot on, and as Pibuz said, less grass/more sky would help. Maybe a slight angle to show the depth of the building could bring some more interest as well.

Believe me: Padua is not THAT beautiful every day...

My first attempt at an animation. It's only a light layers animation of stills, predominantly to test a concrete material I just made (for the walls). Only low res and quick, but I like the results!

This is an HDRI still I manually merged from the various images.

All these great animations coming at once! What's going on here?

Thanks guys!
@Oscar J - I certainly wouldn't consider this an 'animation' like Zom-B's efforts! this is literally 4 stills all from the same render!

Oh, I see - still more exciting than stills though, no?

In what software did you make the animations between the frames?

The mighty Windows Movie Maker!

Pretty rubbish software, but for this simple little test it did fine.
I was thinking you should try one of these with one of your car studio setups... I think it would look really good with each of your light sources fading in...

Yeah - I would... but this summer I'm working full time with modelling and rendering cruise ship architecture. Will upload it here for sure, as soon as I'm allowed to.

This form of animation from stills can be done with Blenders sequence editor as well.

I've tried another test material on this scene, but I seem to be getting a weird halo effect on the wine glass on the floor... Anyone seen this before? I can't figure out why it's happening...
