kklors render stuff
Re: kklors render stuff
Quick and dirty procedural 'building' test. Wasn't too concerned about the look though, but more about the building process so it looks a bit ugly. Just didn't want to make a clay render or something.

Yeah, the lighting is kinda flat, and the vegetation looks repeating - but the angle and building model is great! Keep working.
Re: kklors render stuff
Haha thanks! Yeah was only about the building, which I didn't want to put on a white plane and a physical sky, so did just something real quick to have an estimate of an environment.
The whole building is done solely out of these parts:

awesome. Now "teardrop" will be in my head all day...
also the building is pretty cool! looks very 70s eastern europe style, hidden somewhere in the woods and now forgotten... did you assemble it manually or is it some fancy tool in C4D that did the trick?

Thanks a lot people <3
Polinalkrimizei: It's with a fancy procedural cloning tool. See the assets below the render.
Just a random landscape alike test.

Nice - but that noise is coming from photoshop, right?
Re: kklors render stuff
Thanks! Yeah it's PS grain, wasn't too concerned about the rendering too much and just painted all over it to try out moods/ideas.

Aaaah. Dont you just love the noise MLT makes?
Re: kklors render stuff
hi kokolores,
I have been following your weeklies for a while and love them!
nice to See sombody using renderengines in a creative way
I also saw the renderings where you used animated displacement with motionblur, but is this possible with indigorenderer/cinema?
Even after baking the pla I could not geht any deformation blur....any ideas?
thanks, maik

Re: kklors render stuff
The C4D to Indigo exporter atm has quite some issues with MotionBlur, also there is no "morphing object" MotionBlur in Indigo atm, but afaik it is already announced to be includedperfahl wrote:... is this possible with indigorenderer/cinema?
C4D can do some FrameSubsampling MoBlur that works with everything that moves (via blending over rendered frames!).
The cool thing here is that this technique also works with Indigo rendered inside C4D
