Thanks a lot!

..by "big" you mean the carpet or the file size?

I know the file size can be big, indeed (I suppose you have to convert the max hair to actual geometry), but I HAVE TO TRY!!! As you can see, I'm no Max expert AT ALL!

Thanks a lot mate, btw

Heh, nice dcm, I would have said photo if it wasn't for the slightly skewed HDR in the background...

Stunning! I would be it's a photo, just that sb. shopped in a different background ;-)
The interior is... perfect.

I wouldn't go as far as saying perfect as the light installation above the dining table is completely unrealistic, and I guess the dynamic range is also wrong as the outside would most probably be more burned out in a photo. But damn good anyways.

If it was posted on a interior design website instead of a forum of a rendering engine known for photorealism, I wouldn't doubt it being a photo for a moment.

thanks silma...

Image was created in catalogue style,my goal wasnt photorealism, dark ceiling etc.
Most of interior photos are heavily photoshopped too. And clients dont like burned exterior and dark rooms :)
