:D why thank you bubs, I did work on that topic years ago using Maya procedurals.

The fact that SCH (edit: such. screw auto-incorrect) a result can be approximated using ISL can not belittle that great result you did achieve !

Very quiet on here! So I may as well throw up a recent image. Nothing special, but a LOT of grass on this one!

Nice mood!
Something bothers me in that tree, though. I'm not sure what is it.

Jeez! You're so right... maybe it's the fact that it looks like it's glowing, or lit from the wrong side! Don't know what the hell I did there, or how I didn't notice! Hopefully this looks better...

Very nice. Though I don't know what that thing is in the top right corner of the image. Is that a hole into another room?

Yeah there is a double height 'slot' up to a roof light above the stove. There's a glazed screen into an upper room there which you can see.

Wow, I was properly mindf***ed by this image. I was sure that there was a wall in the middle of the room there.

Have you used a high pas filter to get rid of fireflies here, by the way?

I use high pass as a sharpening tool... Didn't even know it could be used to get rid of fire flies... How?

An inverted high pass layer set to multiply (if i remember correctly) can sometimes help a bit with fireflies, but it often creates a kind of smudged look to the surface. Thought I could see some of that in your render.

Evening / Morning (either way wine is OK with me! ) simple kitchen scene. Really liked the lensing through the carafe.
