Extremely simple. Smaller, colder and sharper key light, and bigger warmer fill light. White diffuse BG.

A hood. Indigo 4 as per usual - it's truly killer for scenes like this.

how does it compare with oldie indigo? I've seen some renders before and they didn't quite match.

Looks pretty much identical, unless you're using features that aren't implemented in GPU mode yet (although they are definitely getting fewer).

Thanks! :)

Will do a few more of these. This one is an 8 minute render - took about the same time to render out the Material ID pass. :)

How much time would it take to render on CPU? Do you have an idea?

Would guess something like two hours or more. The Ms/sec number is about 8 - 10 times better in this type of scenes (the simpler the scene, the better the GPU mode seems to perform), but perhaps more importantly the convergence seems to better and you don't get the checkerboard patterns you sometimes see rendering with Indigo CPU.

Hi

Congratulations for the good work!
A question, Indigo 4 without using the GPU has the same performance of v3.8.30?
Mac Mini 2011 - 2,3 GHz Intel Core i5
16 GB 1333 MHz DDR3 - Intel HD Graphics 3000 512 Mb.
Samsung SSD 860 EVO 500GB - MacOS High Sierra 10.13.6
