One_Storey_Contemporary_House

Post by ninopiamonte » Sun Jan 22, 2012 1:21 am

Hi,
This is my first simple exterior render, and I use Sketchup
I set this a bit hard :P elapsed for about 5hrs and 40mins only....
sorry for the incorrect viewing of the house...too large
The trees are 2d because 3d trees make my work like hanging, I also use the Sun & Sky..

out of curiosity which modeling app you use? I would love to see this scene with proper grass and 3d trees.

I think that with few corrections you could greatly improve the realism of this scene.

it looks like some objects are out of scale I would suggest you to revise your objects dimensions. It greatly affects the realism of the scene when all objects are correct in scale and textures are carefully uv mapped to the scale.
