Hello and welcome, Albert_fn!
That's a nice scene and you are right that the bullets are too shiny on the first render, but you've nicely fixed this on the second.
The only two crits that I would have:
1. The primer of the bullet is of the different material, mostly nickel-plated.
2. There are visible waves near the edge of the primer. I guess adjusting the crease of the edge loop (part of it marked red) might help here. Otherwise, that's a very nice render
edit: and yeah, there are mostly vendor and caliber stamped around the primer

Good Start
Re: Bullets
Did you use CU.NK for the tip of the material by any chance? I have tried doing this with bullets, and it always results in a metal that is too bright. But the composition is definitely fantastic. Nice work.

Re: Bullets
Hey everybody! thanks for your replies!
I actually used http://www.the3dreality.com/NK_materials.html
Cr3si.nk for the base and a mapped exponent material and for the tip I used Cu.nk and the same.. exponent
I started the bullet just to try some stuff, I even forgot to look for some real scales and messurmens (MY BAD)
I noticed the waves on the primer next day... I just left the computer on rendering for kicks and actually liked what the result was... Im defenetly gonna take your advice and finish it

Not quite the same but close enough, you could always adjust it to your liking
