Harsh and straight:
Shadows are too dark, maybe dof is a bit too strong (maybe not); black beans look just plain black and can hardly be distinguished from their shadow. Beans are intersecting in the pot.
That was for crits, for comments well I like the idea

Looks good. Maby a bit too empty for my taste, but much better than the first one.

The white beans hurt my eyes
they are a bit too saturated. Otherwise its very good

Perhaps change the camera angle with a shot of the beans and pot taking up most of the view. It may make it look a little less empty.

Yes, i'm with Moses. Try to play with the pot and the camera angle.
