Indigo material error

Good day,
Please i use sketchup 2017 with indigo 4.
I tried downloading a material through material database option in indigo
but encountered this error.
"Error: Failed adding the material to the local database: Invalid database query in insertMaterial(): "
Please what do i do next time to avoid this ?
