I'm really busy at the moment. Othewise, I would try to create these myself. I need them for a rendering job. I am modeling a huge area of residential housing and park space. I have found that typical grass and asphalt shingle textures tend to look very repetitive when viewed from a distance.
I would like to have a shader for these materials that would look good especially from far away. The ability to mix in different color tones for the grass would be a plus.

Multiple tiled grass materials + blend maps on a different (much larger) UV layer works pretty well!
