hey guys!
i created a model in sketch up and i have done everything from softening the edges to putting matherials all over the model,there is no problem untill i click on render button for indigo and most of the time this error keeps popin out and stops the rendering prosess.....( i have used displacement map on some of the matherials and bump on the others ) please if anybody knows what is it and is aware of the solution do no hesitate to help...

hi,
there is an issue with displacement in sketchup (or rather skindigo). try to lower subdivision level or use bump instead.

I encountered the same problem too.
That means too many digital amount.
If you get a computer system having large mathematical ability.It maybe not appear.

The error can happen in two cases:
- you wanted to displace a plane and you ticked the option to smooth the subdivided shape: the plane can collapse into a very small and heavy geometry.
disable the shape smoothing
- you wanted to displace an object whose faces weren't merged, leading to multiple collapsed faces, as above.
set all faces smooth to allow them to be sewed.
Unfortunately this answer is more a generic Indigo answer than SkIndigo specific, it will require some interpretation from you, or some more help from SkIndigo users

Try using the latest indigo version. 2.4.4 or newer.
