How can skindigo run under wine?

Hi, I'm ubuntu user, with wine I can run sketchup on linux, indigo can run too. I've tested if both sketchup and indigo run under wine, but after several days test, I feel it's a little difficult. The skindigo plugin can be load in sketchup under wine, but the render or preview never work, also the material editor. I use ubuntu 8.10, with latest wine 1.1.17. Can the skindigo developer give us a sulation? Many thanks! Sorry for my poor english.
