Fixed the issue where the render settings dialog will not open on OS X.

Note for Sketchup 2016 users: The SkIndigo extension may need to be enabled in the Preferences. Please refer to the installation instructions.

SKINDIGO UV mapping issue here:
none of the previous tutorials work as exposed.

here's a link to a previous July 2015 report, which was verified by user Pibuz in november.

I tried to set a custom material preview scene but SkIndigo got me an error. Sent an email to support@indigorenderer.com

yes, I saw it. We'll fix custom mat previews at some point but it isn't a priority sorry.
