Thanks a lot Zom-B for the quick response.

Re: Help With Rendering Basic Knowledge
I would not use Reinhard tone mapping, since it makes the image less dynamic, IMO. But that's a matter of taste.

Re: Help With Rendering Basic Knowledge
So I can't seem to find the "Arch Glass" check box under the Specular Option.
I am running SkIndigo 3.6.25.5
Any Ideas?

Arch glass option isn't in SkIndigo yet, as it is quite new.

Re: Help With Rendering Basic Knowledge
Ok, that would explain it.
Very unfortunate, any expected date that that would be available in a beta?
How do some of these pros achieve such a scene now then? When using an Exit Portal with Internal Glass in the scene?
Is it just typical to clean up the artifacts up in post processing?
Thanks

I clearly explained that you need to tick it in the Render GUI mate, by hand... then it works!PushCreative wrote:Very unfortunate, any expected date that that would be available in a beta?

You can bet I denoise the hell out of my animationsPushCreative wrote:Is it just typical to clean up the artifacts up in post processing?
Even for still images I render in 200% of final scene size needed, then denoise, and reduce size down to 100%, so I get rid of noise and keep details

Speaking of Animations,
I posted a question on the "Skindigo animation: 'how to' explained." Topic but haven't seen any comment action on that topic.
I can't seem to actually produce an animation when exporting the scene tab animation option.
When I follow the the steps outlined by Cotty from the topic I get a folder created with two things included:
-Filename-meshes.igs
-Folder with materials
An "igq" file is not created as outlined in his steps.
When I click the .igs file I get the following error:
"Scene parsing error: Invalid root element 'scene data'"
Any Thoughts?
