I found this guy (David Nightingale) really good if you want to cut through the crap and get right to the heart of what matters in post processing. He breaks everything down into simple terms that anyone can understand.... and it's refreshing :D

He talks about how to get the best from your final image whether your a CG designer or a photographer. He's from Blackpool in the UK so he gets right to the point without flowering things up with tech talk. I like that. At the end of the day it's not about software.... it's about your own unique creative perspective on things and how you can use software very simply to achieve it.
