i have managed to make a close-up scene, and noticed after some changes i dont really recall all of them that i created a focused view of this specific object only because it was in closure with the camera... like Steve Urkel used to say... "Did i Do that?"

thank you pp's

Hi Mongoose, are you asking a question ?

If yes that is unclear; it would be best to post an image illustrating your says.

Sketchup? In the SKIndigo render settings, camera tab, theres a button called 'pick focal point' which lets you select anywhere on the model that the camera will focus on. Then just set up your F values in camera settings to suit - as far as I know, and very simply, a wide aperture (like f/5, not f/50) lets more light in and gives better depth of field effects, ie blurry closer and further away from the camera. Others will know more about this than me though!
