Please Help In Skindigo 3.2.13! No instancing & exit portal

i cant see & set my component object to "enable instancing" which is by clicking the mouse 2 button, and set "exit portal" at Material editor, the method said that can be adjust in object editor, but i couldn't find the tab! Please help me out here! Thx!
