Maya 8 tester needed !

Hi !
I'm running Maya 8 and the exporter is not working for me (as of v.0.6 test 6). I'll be glad if some Maya 8 user could test the exporter too, because the issue may be just local to my system. I/we need feedback on that point.
The current latest state of the exporter and a test scene can be found here:
